Community Standards Document The Community Standards document should be a part of every homeowner's packet. A current version (updated in 2010) is posted to the forms and documents page. We have incorporated all the incremental changes to the standards over the years, restructured and reformatted the document to create a much more accessible and usable product—the table of contents is "active," so you can navigate directly to the provision you are interested in, or you can search the entire text. Several useful hyperlinks are included, as well, for ready access to internet resources on topics like Florida-Friendly Landscaping.

Deceptive Landscaping Service Advertising A recently circulated "memo" offering landscape services by a company called the National Homeowners Association has led some homeowners to believe this is a service sponsored by The Sanctuary HOA.
This is not the case. The Sanctuary HOA neither sponsors, subsidizes nor endorses this company, nor any other for that matter. NHOA, Inc. is a private corporation operating from offices at 4409 Hoffner Ave., Ste 146, Orlando 32812. Although their stated objectives are to "increase the power of HOAs... and homeowners..." and "...foster the growth of small businesses," they have no agreement with The Sanctuary HOA and, in fact, did not obtain a City of Oviedo solicitation permit.
