Amenity Center at The Sanctuary.
The Amenity Center Office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weekdays, and from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekends. The facilities are available from 5:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., daily. Please note that the alarm system automatically activates at 10:00 p.m., so please exit the center prior to that time or the alarm will go off (and Devcon will call the police!). Also, if you are the last person leaving, PLEASE turn off all lights, ceiling fans and televisions!

 Weight Room Guests
Number of guests in weight room/exercise area: maximum of 2. You are (as of June 21, 2006) permitted to have 2 non-resident (15 and over) guests. Please continue to follow protocol and do not monopolize the equipment. Make sure that residents get priority of equipment use. No resident of The Sanctuary should have to wait more than 15 minutes to use any machine.
"Water Babies"
All infants and non potty trained toddlers MUST wear swim diapers in the pool along with plastic pants. Please make sure that any guests that you bring also have their non potty-trained children wearing proper swim diapers. We are having to close the pool too often and each time the pool service comes we are charged extra for emergency service! Photo ID Required
Photo identification is required to use the amenities. Please don't forget to bring some form of photo identification (drivers license, military id, school id, etc.) to the center. This includes not only the main building, but also the soccer field, playground, basketball court, tennis courts and, of course, the pool. The security personnel are just doing their job, please be courteous. Parents, please make sure that your 13 and older child has their school ID with them - they will need this to use the center (all areas) If they do not have a picture ID they will not gain access to the facilities, please get one from their school.
Photo ID Cards: All new residents: come into the Amenity Center to register and have your photo taken for your new photo ID. The schedule is as follows: Monday through Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm; closed Sunday. Please call ahead to be sure we are ready for you 407-971-9749.

Reserving the Amenity Center
If you wish to reserve the Amenity Center clubhouse room or schedule a pool party you must call the Amenity Center office at 407-971-9749 between 11 am and 4 pm. You must make your request at least one week in advance of the event and provide a $100 cleaning deposit and a $50 rental fee. The cleaning deposit is refundable if you clean up satisfactorily after your event. Only 1 pool party is permitted per day on a first come first serve basis and is limited to a maximum of 25 people in the party (including residents children and adults).
We Are Smoke Free
The NO SMOKING rule is in effect for both inside the Amenity Center building and all outside areas(pool, basketball court, tennis court, center, etc.).

RESIDENTS
New homeowners are entitled to one Access Card, Photo ID and Tennis Key at no charge. Proof of purchase/ closing statement must be presented.
