Board Meetings The Sanctuary Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of every month in the Amenity Center Building. Meetings run from 6:30-8pm. From 6:30-7pm is an open forum time for residents to discuss any issue related to the community. From 7-8pm the board holds its meeting (open to any resident) and if time permits will address questions, suggestions, etc. after the closing of the official board meeting. 2010 Meeting Minutes 2009 Meeting Minutes
